These terms of service govern the contractual relationship between Handicap Vaillant and its customers. Article 1 — Purpose These terms define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales of products offered by Handicap Vaillant. Article 2 — Prices Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included. Handicap Vaillant reserves the right to modify prices at any time, with the price shown at the time of order being the only applicable price. Article 3 — Orders Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms of service. Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of these terms. Article 4 — Payment Payment is made online by credit card through the secure Stripe platform. The charge is made at the time of order validation. Article 5 — Delivery Delivery times are provided as estimates. A delivery delay cannot result in penalties or order cancellation. Article 6 — Right of withdrawal In accordance with applicable law, the customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal. Article 7 — Personal data Personal data collected is necessary for order processing. It is handled in accordance with our privacy policy. Article 8 — Disputes In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. These terms are governed by French law.
